工作同盟是受到最多实证研究关注的共同要素。文章从工作同盟的概念、测量、实证研究三个方面介绍了工作同盟的研究概况。主要结论包括:工作同盟与治疗效果有中等程度的正相关,这种正相关不因治疗取向、治疗师、当事人的问题类型以及治疗形式的变化而变化。当事人、治疗师以及当事人-治疗师的互动是工作同盟好坏的重要影响因素。最后,文章讨论了实证研究的不足,并展望了该领域今后的研究方向。
The work union is a common element that has received the most empirical research attention. The article introduces the research overview of work alliance from three aspects: the concept of work alliance, measurement and empirical research. The main conclusions include: there is a moderate positive correlation between work union and treatment outcome, and this positive correlation does not change due to treatment orientation, the type of problem the therapist, the client, and the modality of treatment. The interaction of parties, therapists, and client-therapists is an important factor in the success of the work coalition. Finally, the article discusses the shortcomings of empirical research and prospects of future research in this area.
