随着新课改的出现,初中班主任的管理工作也有了相应的调整。班主任管理水平的高低可能会直接影响到一位学生未来人生道路的发展,因此,如何改善初中班主任的管理工作,建设一支优秀的班主任队伍使其能更好地服务于学生是当今应该重点关注的问题。以此为背景,从现今初中班主任管理工作中出现的问题出发,提出相应的对策,希望能有一定的借鉴效果。
