随着全球经济一体化和信息技术的发展,企业内外部经营环境、市场竞争格局都发生巨大变化,特别是许多国有企业本身随着规模的不断扩大,普遍存在对市场反映迟缓、组织变革僵化、效率低下等“大企业病”。本文以DYYS公司实施企业内部市场化管理为案例,对大型企业内部市场化管理的动机、体系构建、难点,以及相关问题进行探讨,试图为企业内部市场化管理理论和实践探索提供思路。
