教学辅导作为教学活动的一个重要环节,是决定班级和年级整体教学成绩的关键因素。几年来,山东省济南历城第五中学积极探索,勇于实践,逐步形成了具有自身特点的多元教学辅导模式。学校主要从学生的学习心理、学习态度、学习方法、学习习惯、智能缺陷等方面辅导,在辅导时面向全体学生,分层教学,分类推进;实施小组合作“兵教兵”和“导师制”;推行家校合作。多元教学辅导模式的实施实现了学校、教师、学生的共同进步。
