针对结合啁啾脉冲放大技术(CPA)及脉冲压缩技术所产生的5 fs激光脉冲的载波包络相位(CEP)变化情况,设计制作了用于控制种子脉冲CEP快变化和放大压缩后1kHz重复频率的亚毫焦耳能量激光脉冲CEP慢变化的两级负反馈锁相环路,分析了相位控制系统的结构和原理,介绍了两级锁相环路中相位信号的提取、伺服控制环路的设计和闭环锁定的结果.实验结果表明,利用该锁相系统可以稳定地实现周期量级放大激光脉冲的CEP锁定,在大于3h的时间内,锁定后的CEP变化小于53mrad(均方根值).
Aiming at the variation of carrier envelope phase (CEP) of 5 fs laser pulses generated by chirped pulse amplification (CPA) and pulse compression techniques, a new method was developed for controlling the fast change of CEP and the compression of 1 kHz repetition rate The two-stage negative feedback phase-locked loop (CEP) with slowly changing CEP pulses of sub-milligram energy pulses was introduced.
