目的:研究抗纤复方抑制胶原生成的细胞机制,观察抗纤复方对大鼠传代培养肝贮脂细胞自分泌产 生转化生长因子β_1(TGFβ_1)的影响。方法:采用血清药理学方法处理贮脂细胞,以貂肺上皮细胞(Mvl-lu)生长抑制MTT法,检测培养上清中TGFβ_1活性,并以小牛血清、正常鼠血清和秋水仙碱药物血清为对照。结果:抗纤复方药物血清和秋水仙碱药物血清均能明显抑制贮脂细胞产生TGFβ_1,而且抗纤复
Objective: To study the cellular mechanism of anti-fibrosis compound in inhibiting collagen production and observe the effect of anti-fibrosis compound on the autocrine production of transforming growth factor β 1 (TGFβ 1) in rat subcultured hepatic fat-storing cells. METHODS: Serum pharmacological methods were used to treat fat-storing cells. MTT assay was used to determine the growth inhibition of MvI-lu cells. The activity of TGFβ1 in culture supernatants was measured. Calf serum, normal mouse serum, and colchicine drug serum were used as the serum. For comparison.
