今年以来,坐落在浙江省慈溪市范市镇的东方服装有限公司,对进厂1年以上的职工一律增加工龄工资:1 年工龄的每月增加20元,2年的每月增加50元,3年的每月增加100元。来自其他省份的农民工也不例外。慈溪市范市镇现有民营企业400家,其中像东方服装有限公司这样增加工龄工资的企业达到100家。去年年底,占当地人口70%的外来务工人员因为待遇低大量流失,造成了主导性的劳动密集型企业出现 “民工荒”。今年年初,这些民营企业的老板接受教训,立即采取补救措施,吸引外来务工人员特别是农民工。这些企业不但依法为所有职工缴纳社会保险,还为职工增加工龄工资,使得职工特别是农民工找到了国企职工的感觉,增强了企业竞争力,缓解了“民工荒”造成的被动局面。(陶建明)
This year, Dongfang Garment Co., Ltd., located in Fan Town, Cixi City, Zhejiang Province, will increase the working-age salary for all workers entering the factory for more than one year: a monthly increase of 20 years for one-year seniority and a monthly increase of 50 yuan for two years; 3-year increase of 100 yuan per month. Migrant workers from other provinces are no exception. There are 400 private-owned enterprises in Fan Town, Cixi City, of which there are 100 enterprises that increase their working-age salary like Oriental Garment Co., Ltd. At the end of last year, migrant workers, who accounted for 70% of the local population, lost a large amount of their wages because of their low pay, causing “labor shortage” in the leading labor-intensive enterprises. Earlier this year, the owners of these private-owned enterprises took lessons and immediately took remedial measures to attract migrant workers, especially migrant workers. These enterprises not only paid social insurance for all workers in accordance with the law, but also increased the length of service for their employees so that employees, especially migrant workers, found the feeling of workers in state-owned enterprises and enhanced their competitiveness so as to ease the passive situation caused by the shortage of migrant workers.
