口语是交际能力,交际能力的体现是交际行为,是否成功地实现交际意图是测评交际能力标准,因而对中学英语教师口语的测评必须在实际运用中进行,即他们能用英语做什么。由于日常生活中的交际行为本质上是无限的,因此需要给测试对象的交际行为限定一个范围,以此确定测评内容,制定测评指标及等级评价标准,本文旨在于探索能力测试,设计了英语教师口语测评指标及内容范围。
Oral English is communicative competence. The expression of communicative competence is communicative behavior. Whether communicative intention is successful or not is the standard of communicative competence assessment. Therefore, the assessment of secondary school English teachers’ oral English must be conducted in practice, that is, what they can do in English. Because the communicative activities in daily life are inherently unlimited, we need to define a range of communicative behaviors for the test subjects so as to determine the content of the test and make the evaluation index and the grade evaluation standard. The purpose of this article is to explore the ability test and design the English teacher Oral assessment indicators and content range.
