[目的]分析桑黄的挥发性化学成分及含量.[方法]应用二氧化碳超临界萃取法(SFE)和二氧化碳超临界带夹带剂乙醇法(SFE+C)进行提取,采用气相色谱-质谱法对提取物进行测定与分析,采用峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对百分含量.[结果]从SFE法提取物中鉴定出35个化合物,从SFE+C法提取物中鉴定出43个化合物,2种方法提取物中10种成分相同.[结论]基本确定了桑树桑黄的挥发性化学成分及含量.
[Objective] The research aimed to analyze volatile chemical composition and content of Phellinus igniarius. [Method] SFE and C02 supercritical entrainer ethanol (SFE + C) were used for extraction. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry The relative content of each component was determined by peak area normalization method. [Results] 35 compounds were identified from the SFE method, and 43 from SFE + C method Compounds, the two kinds of extracts of the 10 kinds of ingredients are the same. [Conclusion] The basic chemical composition of volatile components and the content of mulberry Phellinus.
