高三英语教师虽然已经逐渐的认识到英语课堂教学的重要性和对学生给你指导的紧迫性,但是高三英语课堂的实施离总体的目标还是相差很大,部分老师仍然保持着比较传统的教学方法和理念。因此,高三英语教师需要不断的更新理念,提高自身的实践水平和理论水平,能够为学生们的英语发展能力和轻松面对高考做好充分的准备。在现在的英语课堂教学中,由于缺乏积极有效的师生互动,部分课时又过于注重教师的讲授,并没有以精讲精练的要求正确的处理好讲和练之间的关系,最终导致教与学并不合拍;而且部分老师忽视对学生的基础、能力以及收获的关注,并且对高考的研究也不够,对于高考的考试范围、要求、形式以及出题的特点了解的并不明确,在课堂上面过分的依赖复习资料,缺乏对资料的精选和整合,教师们也缺乏对知识框架的构件,从而在课堂教学之上缺乏对学生方法指导和能力的培养。
