江西省多效唑农业应用协作组的三个单位进行了多效唑应用于早稻的研究(方法与晚稻相同)。结果表明:多效唑应用于早稻同样具有壮秧与增产的效果。一、增强早稻秧苗抗寒力1、减轻低温对细胞的伤害细胞膜完整性的保持是细胞以及植株正常代谢所必需的,关系到对不良环境抗性的强弱。我们通过测定叶片电解质渗漏率和很系对糖类物质.渗漏强度作为细胞膜完整性的指标。试验结果表明,经多效唑处理的秧苗,特别是在低温条件下,叶片和根系都增强了细胞膜的完整性(表1)。
