目的探讨细节管理在护士长日常工作管理中的作用效果。方法选择我科护士长管理下的25名护理人员于2013年1月至2015年12月接受护士长细节管理期间的150例患者作为研究组,并在2010年1月至2012年12月我科未接受护士长细节管理期间抽取150例患者作为对照组,比较2个阶段护士长管理情况下临床护理工作安全性以及患者对护理工作满意程度。结果研究组实施护士长细节管理后,其护理工作安全性及患者对护理工作满意程度(100.00%、98.67%)优于对照组(88.67%、84.67%),P<0.05。结论将细节管理应用到护士长管理工作中,在提高护理安全性与护理满意度方面,成效显著,有效提高临床护理质量。
Objective To explore the effect of detail management in the daily work management of nurses. Methods Fifty-five patients under the management of head nurses were selected as study group from January 2013 to December 2015 under the management of nurse-in-detail, and from January 2010 to December 2012, 150 patients were taken as the control group during the non-nurse-in-charge management, and the safety of clinical nurses and the patients’ satisfaction with nursing were compared under the management of two nurses. Results The safety of nursing work and patients’ satisfaction with nursing work (100.00%, 98.67%) were better than those of the control group (88.67%, 84.67%) after the nurse’s detail management was conducted in the research group, P <0.05. Conclusion The application of detail management to the management of nurse chief has achieved remarkable results in improving nursing safety and nursing satisfaction, and effectively improving the quality of clinical nursing.
