语文教师的核心言语能力是有别于“听、视、读”输入型诸能力的“说、写、评”输出型诸能力,输出型言语能力即表达能力,表达所达到的效果和程度即为“表达力”。表达力是语文教师赢得学生和社会各界的首肯、尊重,傲立讲坛的生命线。近年,中国语文课程改革向纵深发展,但是语文教师表达力却没有取得根本性的改善。鉴于此,我们极有必要重新认识语文教师表达力的内涵和特征,建构语文教师表达力的理想愿景,借以自勉。
