圆锥心轴结构简单,定心精度较高,在套类零件加工中,尤其是淬火套类零件的加工以及套类零件的跳动检验中,应用相当广泛。圆锥心轴有较高的定心精度,是由于套类零件定位基准孔与圆锥心轴工作表面的紧密接触造成的。但是,圆锥心轴的工作表面是个锥形表面,使得工件孔与心轴的接触部分仅仅是个局部,而且工件的定位基准孔又有形状误差,所以套类零件有可能在圆锥心轴的工作表面上发生倾斜,影响其定心精度,带来加工误差。
