在职业学校体育课程教学中发现,利用体适能理论,设计有效的体育课教学形式与手段,全面提升学生体适能成为体育课教学的空白领域。体育课教学应通过采集课堂学生体适能信息,对学生群体带来的体适能变化进行有效分析和利用,促进体育课项目教学内容和计划的变化,进而有效的促进体育课项目的教学效果。本研究以排球项目教学为例,通过“微笑记录卡”的形式,进行课堂学生体适能的数据,进而进行信息化分析,有效评价课堂各项体适能发展模块完成效果和改进后期体育课教学计划和内容。
It is found in the teaching of physical education in vocational schools that using physical fitness theory to design effective physical education teaching forms and means to comprehensively enhance the students’ fitness can become a blank field of physical education teaching. Physical education teaching should be through the acquisition of classroom fitness information, physical fitness groups to bring changes in the effective analysis and utilization to promote physical education teaching content and program changes, and thus effectively promote the physical education teaching results . In this study, volleyball teaching as an example, through the “smile record card” in the form of class fitness data for students in the classroom, and then information analysis, the effective evaluation of the classroom fitness development module to complete the effect and improve the late Physical education teaching plan and content.
