最近,我们对重庆市冶金、机械、化工、医药、轻工、纺织等六大行业的一批大中型企业推行承包责任制以来的情况作了实地调查。实践表明,各种形式的承包承任制,作为新旧体制交替时期搞活企业的一个战略选择是恰当的.在当前治理整顿中继续完善和发展承包制.也是适时的和必须坚持的。现就关系承包制的前途和命运的若干问题提出探讨。 Recently, we have conducted a field survey on the situation of a group of large and medium-sized enterprises in the six major industries of Chongqing, including metallurgy, machinery, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, light industry, and textiles, since implementing the contract responsibility system. Practice has shown that various forms of contracting and contracting as a strategic choice to invigorate enterprises during the transition period between the old and new systems are appropriate. It is also timely and necessary to continue to improve and develop the contracting system in the current governance and rectification. We will discuss some issues related to the future and fate of the contract system.
