目的了解火力发电厂粉尘危害现状及其防治措施。方法在职业卫生学调查的基础上,依据国家有关标准和规范的要求,对所存在的粉尘作业点及粉尘岗位进行检测。结果检测其35个粉尘作业点的短时间接触浓度(STEL),合格率为71.4%;测试20个粉尘作业岗位的时间加权平均(TWA)浓度,合格率为75.0%。不合格点主要集中在输煤系统和除灰渣系统。结论该厂的粉尘危害主要存在于燃煤贮存、输送系统和除灰渣系统。但如能采取综合的防护措施,保证防尘设备的正常运行,加强个体防护等综合防治措施,粉尘危害是可以得到控制的。
Objective To understand the status quo and control measures of dust hazard in thermal power plant. Methods Based on the survey of occupational hygiene and the requirements of relevant national standards and norms, the existing dust operations and dust stations were tested. Results The short-term exposure concentration (STEL) of 35 dust stations was tested. The pass rate was 71.4%. The time-weighted average (TWA) concentration of 20 dust stations was tested with a pass rate of 75.0%. Points of failure are mainly concentrated in the coal handling system and ash removal system. Conclusion The plant’s dust hazards are mainly found in coal storage, transportation systems and ash removal systems. However, if comprehensive protective measures can be taken to ensure the normal operation of dustproof equipment and to strengthen comprehensive prevention and control measures such as individual protection, the damage caused by dust can be controlled.
