汉语国际推广的主力军是本土汉语教师,他们是教育的主体,也是本民族文化的传承者和传播者。因此,研究和培训本土汉语教师具有深远的意义。目前,在慕尼黑孔子学院任教的本土教师,他们的教育背景不同,从事对外汉语教学的时间长短不一,所教授的教学对象也不同,因此,他们对于开展本土教师培训的需求也不尽相同。本文以慕尼黑孔子学院本土教师课堂教学中存在的一些问题为例,并根据他们对教师培训的需求,探讨本土教师培训的方式及内容。
The main force of Chinese international promotion is native Chinese teachers, who are the main body of education and the successors and disseminators of this national culture. Therefore, it is of far-reaching significance to study and train local Chinese teachers. At present, the local teachers who teach at the Confucius Institute in Munich have different educational backgrounds, have been teaching Chinese as a foreign language for a long period of time, and teach different subjects of teaching. Therefore, they also have different needs for training local teachers. This paper takes some problems existing in the classroom teaching of local teachers in Confucius Institute in Munich as examples. Based on their needs for teacher training, this paper explores the ways and contents of training local teachers.
