有些显色溶液需要在恒定的温度下测定其吸光度。特别是催化动力学比色法对温度的要求更为严格,比色室与被测定的显色溶液之间的温度差只允许±0.5℃。正因分光光度计的比色室没有恒温装置,所以,一些需要恒温的分析方法无法采用。本人在72型分光光度计比色室安装了恒温装置。经过长期生产实践证明,此装置具有结构简单、制作容易、操作方便、恒温效果好和便于推广等优点。
