科学考评政绩,是帮助干部树立正确政绩观的重要前提和关键,也是当前一个亟须解决的重大课题。今年以来,我们对乡镇(街道)、部门领导班子和领导干部政绩考评体系进行了探讨与研究,提出并建立了如下的总体构想、基本框架、指标设计、具体操作办法及相关配套措施。 The scientific assessment of political achievements is an important prerequisite and the key to helping cadres to establish a correct view of achievements and is also a major issue urgently needed to be resolved at present. Since the beginning of this year, we have conducted discussions and studies on the performance evaluation system for townships (subdistricts), departmental leading bodies and leading cadres, and proposed and established the following overall concepts, basic framework, indicators design, specific operational measures and related supporting measures.
