目的观察平乐郭氏正骨联合钢针撬拨经皮穿针内固定治疗儿童尺桡骨骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2004-10—2014-10采用平乐郭氏正骨联合钢针撬拨经皮穿针内固定治疗的680例儿童尺桡骨骨折,术中注意矫正成角移位及旋转移位。结果本组术后655例获得随访5~30个月,平均18个月。骨折端临床愈合时间为术后6~8周,平均6.8周。骨折端骨性愈合时间为术后10~18周,平均13.5周。末次随访时患肢肘腕关节活动均正常,根据Anderson标准对术后患者功能恢复进行评分:优532例,良108例,可15例,优良率97.7%。结论平乐郭氏正骨联合钢针撬拨经皮穿针内固定治疗儿童尺桡骨骨折的临床疗效好,费用少,术后恢复快,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Pingle joint osteosynthesis and steel pin pricking percutaneous needle internal fixation in the treatment of ulna and radius fractures in children. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 680 cases of ulna and radius fractures in children treated with Pingle Ligament combined with steel pin pricking and percutaneous pinning since 2004-10-2014-10. During the operation, attention should be paid to correct angular displacement and rotational displacement . Results The group of 655 patients were followed up for 5 to 30 months, an average of 18 months. Fracture clinical healing time after 6 to 8 weeks, an average of 6.8 weeks. Bone fracture healing time after 10 to 18 weeks, an average of 13.5 weeks. At the last follow-up, elbow wrist joint activity was normal. According to Anderson criteria, postoperative functional recovery score was excellent in 532 cases, good in 108 cases and fair in 15 cases, the excellent and good rate was 97.7%. Conclusion Pokémon’s orthopedic combined with steel pin pricking and percutaneous needle internal fixation for the treatment of ulna and radius fractures in children has good clinical curative effect, low cost and quick recovery after operation, which deserves clinical promotion.
