专利申请范围: 生产高磁感取向硅钢片主要工艺特点如下: 将含有一次再结晶抑制剂的硅钢锭热轧成热轧板。然后冷轧、脱碳及进行最终退火。在这一系列工艺过程中,至少在冷轧前的均匀化退火前、脱碳退火前或脱碳退火后,在钢板表面均匀地涂布含碲的无机稀薄水溶液或悬浮液。
Patent application: The main process of producing high magnetic induction oriented silicon steel is as follows: Hot-rolled silicon ingots containing primary recrystallization inhibitor are hot-rolled. Then cold rolled, decarburized and finally annealed. In this series of processes, the tellurium-containing inorganic dilute aqueous solution or suspension is uniformly applied to the surface of the steel sheet before decarburization annealing or decarburization annealing, at least before the homogenization annealing before cold rolling.
