对不同的铬系材料,模拟弱酸性铜矿浆进行静态浸泡腐蚀失重试验,测定了材料的腐蚀失重率、时间-电位曲线、阳极极化曲线等试验数据,分析了铬系材料的静态腐蚀机制和腐蚀微观形貌。结果表明,铬含量不同,材料的耐静态腐蚀性能不同,铬是影响此工况下材料耐腐蚀性的重要元素,含铬18%材料的耐腐蚀性最佳。
The static immersion corrosion weight loss tests of different chromium-based materials and simulated weakly acidic copper slurries were carried out. The experimental data of corrosion weight loss, time-potential curves and anodic polarization curves were measured. The static corrosion mechanism of chromium-based materials was also analyzed And corrosion of micro-morphology. The results show that the content of chromium is different, and the static corrosion resistance of the materials is different. Chromium is an important element that affects the corrosion resistance of the material in this condition. The corrosion resistance of the 18% chromium-containing material is the best.
