目的:评估急诊科住院患者对患者安全的认知现状及其影响因素,提出有效的改进措施。方法:采用患者安全认知调查表和人口学临床资料调查表,对100例急诊科住院患者进行患者安全认知现状的调查。结果:急诊科住院患者安全认知的总得分平均分为(88.94±8.23)分,知识、态度及行为维度得分的平均分分别为(4.42±0.25)分、(3.91±0.53)分和(3.91±0.43)分。患者安全认知得分与教育水平、医疗保险方式、家庭收入及健康状况有关。结论:急诊科住院患者对患者安全认知整体水平不高,采取针对性的措施和方法对患者进行安全教育,可提高患者安全认知的水平,保障患者安全。
OBJECTIVE: To assess the current situation of cognitive safety of patients in emergency department and its influencing factors, and put forward effective measures for improvement. Methods: Based on the Patient Safety Cognitive Questionnaire and the Demographic Clinical Data Questionnaire, 100 cases of emergency department inpatients were surveyed about their safety status. Results: The average score of safety cognition in emergency department was (88.94 ± 8.23) points, and the average scores of knowledge, attitude and behavior dimensions were (4.42 ± 0.25), (3.91 ± 0.53) and ± 0.43) points. Patient safety awareness scores relate to education, health insurance, family income, and health status. Conclusion: The overall safety awareness of patients in the emergency department is not high. To take targeted measures and methods of safety education for patients can improve the safety awareness of patients and ensure the safety of patients.
