60%的丙烯乙二醇0.2ml注入中耳腔后四周,胆脂瘤生成率为50%~70%。利用该实验性胆脂瘤模型,研究环磷酰胺对胆脂瘤的作用。10只成年灰鼠每日环磷酰胺剂量为20mg/kg,共14天。第5、8、11天中耳腔注入丙烯乙二醇,4周后,作病理学检查。结果:8只存活动物胆脂瘤发生率为50%,与对照组无差别,且形态学变化与对照组同。结论:作为抗感染、免疫抑制剂的环磷酰胺对胆脂瘤的生成并无作用。
60% propylene glycol 0.2ml into the middle ear cavity after four weeks, the incidence of cholesteatoma 50% to 70%. The experimental cholesteatoma model was used to study the effect of cyclophosphamide on cholesteatoma. Ten adult squirrels daily dose of cyclophosphamide 20mg / kg, a total of 14 days. On the 5th, 8th and 11th days, the middle ear cavity was filled with propylene glycol, and after 4 weeks, pathological examination was performed. Results: The survival rate of cholesteatoma in the 8 surviving animals was 50%, which showed no difference with the control group, and the morphological changes were the same as those in the control group. CONCLUSIONS: As an anti-infective, immunosuppressive agent, cyclophosphamide has no effect on the production of cholesteatoma.
