目前国际上乳品生产设备的清洗已普遍采用自动CIP系统。CIP是CLEANING IN-PLACE即“原位清洁”或“无拆卸清洁”的缩写,是近二十年发展完善起来的新技术。它的最大特点是: 1.程序控制每个流程的精确时间、温度、流速和流量,以达到彻底清洁的目的; 2.喷射装置能使所有被产品沾湿过的表面得到充分的冲洗; 3.设有清洁液的回收装置,节省清洁剂; 4.带热再生回收的片式热交换器,节省能源; 5.不用手工机械刷洗,节省劳动力; 6.清洁过程不用拆卸设备,减少损坏的可能性和节省时间; 7.要清洁的部分未抽空并和其它部份隔开之前,清洁不能开始,从而保证产品不被清洁液污染。 乳品厂的主要清洁对象可分为片式热交换器、各种罐、管道系统和各种机器等。
