企业人才的管理的作为企业生产过程中最为活跃的因素之一,对于企业的长远发展具有决定性作用。随着现代企业不断的发展,管理心理学在企业中得到不断的应用,对于企业员工积极性的提高以及企业生产效率提高具有极大的推动作用。但是由于现代企业制度尚未完善,管理心理学在企业中的应用依然存在着许多的问题。本文首先阐述管理心理学的相关定义,然后对管理心理学在企业中存在的主要问题进行深入分析,并试着提出相关针对性的对策,希望可以为企业应用管理心理学上产生一定的借鉴意义。
As one of the most active factors in the production process of enterprises, the management of enterprise talents plays a decisive role in the long-term development of enterprises. With the continuous development of modern enterprises, management psychology has been continuously applied in enterprises, which has a great impetus to the enthusiasm of employees and the improvement of production efficiency of enterprises. However, due to the imperfect modern enterprise system, many problems still exist in the application of management psychology in enterprises. This article first elaborates the relevant definition of management psychology, and then analyzes the major problems of management psychology in the enterprise, tries to put forward some pertinent countermeasures, hoping it can make some reference for enterprise application management psychology .
