关注学生心理需求,充分挖掘学生学习的潜能,提升学生的学习能力,已成为当前教师教学科研的主题。教师在校本研修中,认真开展课例研究是丰富教学实践经验,提升自我的有效途径。学校坚持组织开展“一课多轮”“同课异构”“异课同构”的课例研究,会不断提升教师的教学水平,提炼出具有学校特色、能提高教学效益的教学模式,增强课堂教学的有效性,有效促进学生的全面发展。 Concerned about the psychological needs of students, to fully tap the potential of student learning and enhance students’ ability to learn, has become the current theme of teacher teaching and research.
