新时代的高速发展要求教师必须以新的教学理论来丰富体育课堂,来改变以往教师灌输式的教学模式,改变学生的被动式学习的教学结构,重新构建以学生为主体的新的课堂教学结构。“小群体”教学模式的出现恰恰弥补了以往灌输式教学的不足,为体育教学开创了新的道路。为了进一步验证“小群体”教学模式的作用,将其运用到民族地区高校体育系排球专选课中进行实验研究,并采用了问卷调查法、教学实验法、数据统计法、逻辑分析法等,将该模式与传统教学模式相比较,结果表明;“小群体”教学模式较传统体育教学模式更适合民族地区高校体育系排球专选班学生的特点,并对学生的自主学习能力和积极的影响作用,有利于提高学生的兴趣,培养学生的自主学习能力。
The rapid development of the new era requires that teachers must enrich the physical education classroom with new teaching theories so as to change the past teacher instillation teaching mode, change the students’ passive learning teaching structure, and reconstruct a new student-centered classroom teaching structure. The emergence of the teaching mode of “small groups” just made up for the deficiency of past instillation teaching and opened up a new path for PE teaching. In order to further verify the role of “small group” teaching mode, this paper applies it to the Volleyball Course of PE Department of Ethnic Minority Regions for experimental research, and adopts the methods of questionnaire, teaching experiment, data statistics and logic analysis The results show that the teaching mode of “small group” is more suitable for the students of volleyball selective class in Physical Education Department of ethnic minority areas than the traditional physical education teaching mode, Positive impact of the role is conducive to improving student interest and develop students’ ability to learn independently.
