目的:观察壳聚糖载药膜引导犬牙牙周组织再生的效果。方法:选取18月龄雄性Beagle犬4只,选取下颌第2、3、4前磨牙,同颌对侧同名牙随机纳入实验组或者对照组,采用牙周手术方法建立牙周骨缺损模型。实验组在骨缺损处放置壳聚糖载药膜,对照组不植入任何材料。术后8周处死实验动物,进行组织病理学分析。结果:实验组出现明显的牙周组织再生,而对照组仅有少量的牙周组织再生。实验组和对照组相比差异有统计学意义。结论:壳聚糖载洗必泰药膜有效发挥了壳聚糖和洗必泰各自的作用,可以有效促进牙周组织再生与修复。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of chitosan-loaded membrane on the periodontal regeneration of canines. Methods: Four male Beagle dogs aged 18 months were selected. The mandibular first, second, third and fourth premolar teeth were selected and the same name were randomly assigned to the experimental group or the control group. Periodontal surgery was used to establish the model of periodontal bone defect. In the experimental group, the chitosan loaded film was placed on the bone defect, while the control group was not implanted with any material. The experimental animals were sacrificed 8 weeks after the operation for histopathological analysis. Results: The experimental group showed obvious periodontal tissue regeneration, while the control group only a small amount of periodontal tissue regeneration. The difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant. Conclusion: Chitosan chlorhexidine film can effectively play the role of chitosan and chlorhexidine, which can effectively promote periodontal tissue regeneration and repair.
