Fairchild Semiconductor, the world’s leading supplier of high-performance power and mobile semiconductor solutions, recently introduced Power Supply WebDesigner (PSW), an online design and simulation tool, that offers complete design in one minute and further enhancements, introduction Drive Train Discrete (MOSFET / IGBT / Rectifier) Device Power Loss and Efficiency Analysis Tools. These new models are designed for 100 W to 3 kW input and output conditions and provide designers with power factor correction (PFC), phase-shifted full-bridge plus secondary-side synchronous rectification (PSFB + SR) power chain discrete Device analysis, and the device combination matrix associated with these topologies.
