目的:加强对中药委托生产各个环节的管理,促进中药生产企业加强委托生产的规范化。方法:结合我国中药委托生产管理相关法律法规,对当前中药委托生产分类及风险进行分析,探讨中药委托生产的管理策略。结果与结论:应进一步完善相关法律法规,进一步加强中药委托生产的规范化管理。
Objective: To strengthen the management of all aspects of commissioned production of traditional Chinese medicine, and to promote the standardization of entrusted production by traditional Chinese medicine manufacturing enterprises. Methods: According to the laws and regulations on the commissioned production management of traditional Chinese medicine in China, we analyzed the current classification and risks of traditional Chinese medicine commissioned production, and discussed the management strategies of entrusted production of traditional Chinese medicine. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Relevant laws and regulations should be further perfected to further standardize the management of entrusted production of traditional Chinese medicine.
