本文在分析国内外轧机轴承热处理工艺质量的基础上,从轧机轴承的失效分析出发,研究了影响轧机轴承寿命的主要因素,进而探讨了渗碳时大块碳化物的形成机理及影响因素;针状碳化物的形成条件及其机制,从而了解到现行轧机轴承深层渗碳——热处理工艺缺陷的症结所在,提出了新的复合渗碳——热处理工艺规范。实验和生产试验证明,新工艺消除了块状碳化物,提高了淬火硬度和回火稳定性,改善了渗碳质量,缩短了渗碳周期。提高了轧机轴承的内在质量。
Based on the analysis of the quality of heat treatment process of rolling mill bearing at home and abroad, the main factors affecting the bearing life of rolling mill are studied based on the failure analysis of mill bearing. Then the formation mechanism and influencing factors of carbides during carburizing are discussed. Shaped carbide formation conditions and its mechanism, so as to understand the crux of the existing deep carburizing - heat treatment process defects of rolling mill bearings, put forward a new composite carburizing - heat treatment process specification. Experiments and production tests show that the new process eliminates massive carbides, improves quenching hardness and tempering stability, improves the quality of carburizing and shortens the carburizing cycle. Improve the inherent quality of rolling mill bearings.
