长期以来,农村中照相馆的摄影棚传统上用5～6.8mm厚玻璃采光,这种采光材料造价高,安装复杂,维修困难。又因玻璃易碎,使用不太安全,若增加金属防护网,不但屋面荷重增加,加大开支,而且使光线阴暗。如果完全依靠电力采光,对于目前缺电的农村是不适宜的。随着党的农村政策的落实,农村文化生活日益提高,大批农村照相馆需要兴建,而用于采光的厚玻璃常常供不应求,满足不了摄影棚的需要。为了解决摄影棚理想的覆盖、采光材料,我厂去年设计并施工以玻璃钢代替厚玻璃的摄影棚,取得了成功。
For a long time, photo studios in rural photo studios have traditionally used 5 to 6.8 mm thick glass for lighting. Such lighting materials are expensive, complicated to install, and difficult to maintain. Because the glass is fragile and less safe to use, if the metal protective net is increased, not only will the load on the roof increase, the expenses will increase, and the light will be dark. If you rely entirely on electricity, it is not appropriate for rural areas that currently lack electricity. With the implementation of the party’s rural policies, the cultural life in the countryside has been increasing. A large number of rural photo studios need to be built. The thick glass used for lighting is often in short supply and cannot meet the needs of the studio. In order to solve the ideal coverage and lighting materials for the studio, our factory designed and constructed a glass studio instead of a thick glass last year and achieved success.
