人才、科技、教育在科技哲学思想的理念中是三位一体的。社会经济、文化以及教育的不断发展,影响和改变着我们对人才的培养观念。特别是在我国高职高专院校人才培养观念和模式上应进行重新审视和创新。因此,在对建筑装饰工程技术专业人才培养方案的制定过程中,以科技哲学思想为本位,以人才需求社会调研为基础,进行岗位分析,最终制定人才培养方案。
Talents, science and technology and education are three-in-one in the philosophy of philosophy of science and technology. The continuous development of socio-economy, culture and education has influenced and changed our concept of training qualified personnel. In particular, the concepts and models of personnel training in higher vocational colleges should be re-examined and innovated. Therefore, during the course of formulating the program of training construction and decoration engineering professionals, based on the thought of philosophy of science and technology and based on the social investigation and research of talent demand, post analysis is conducted to finalize the training plan for talents.
