22例用Conray(5-乙酰氨基-2,4,6-三碘-N-甲基异酞氨酸)逆行造影,检查后收集患者24小
Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography has become an important examination of biliary or pancreatic disorders. Common complication is cholangitis or pancreatitis. Generally believed that the contrast agent in patients with allergies do not have to be retrograde contrast contraindications. However, it has been demonstrated that the contrast agent can be excreted by the kidneys, or that at least a portion of the contrast agent can be absorbed upon examination. The purpose of this paper is to determine the amount of contrast medium excreted in urine after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography. Twenty-two patients were retrogradely conformed with Conray (5-acetamino-2,4,6-triiodo-N-methyl isophthalidin)
