我们从对工人技术素质和技术结构现状的初步调查中发现,中级技术工人缺乏已成为阻碍生产发展,影响技术进步的一个突出矛盾,不少单位对这个突出矛盾的认识还很不够。为了努力开创职工教育新局面,以改革的惰神抓好中级技工培训,我们对中级工的现状、应有的合理结构比例和中级工的培训等问题进行了初步的探讨。 From the preliminary survey on the technical qualities of workers and the status quo of technological structures, we found that the lack of mid-level skilled workers has become a prominent contradiction that hinders the development of production and affects technological progress, and quite a few organizations have not sufficiently recognized this outstanding contradiction. In order to create a new situation in employee education, we should do a good job of mid-level mechanics training with the reforming lazy people. We have conducted preliminary discussions on the status quo of mid-level workers, the proportion of reasonable structure and the training of mid-level workers.
