电子衍射技术是分析研究固体薄膜和表面层晶体结构的较为先进的方法,也是利用电子显微镜正确分析实验结果所不可缺少的基础知识和技术。因此,国家教委把电子衍射实验列为近代物理实验的20个基础题目之一。但是,由于该实验涉及高真空、高电压、薄膜、清洗和电子光学等技术,所以,要使实验获得成功,要求教师和学生掌握这些技术。下面就我们研制的DYY-3型电子衍射仪所涉及的技术难点和实验教学中遇到的关键技术问题作一介绍,供参考。
Electron diffraction is an advanced method for analyzing the crystal structure of solid thin films and surface layers. It is also an indispensable basic knowledge and technique for the correct analysis of experimental results by means of electron microscope. Therefore, the State Education Commission made the electron diffraction experiment as one of the 20 basic topics in modern physics experiments. However, as the experiment involved technologies such as high vacuum, high voltage, thin film, cleaning and electro-optics, making the experiment a success required teachers and students alike to master these techniques. Below we developed the DYY-3-type electron diffraction instrument involved in the technical difficulties encountered in the experimental teaching and key technical issues for an introduction for reference.
