气功中有一句俗话:修道者如牛毛,得道者如麟角。意思指练功修道的人很多,但是得道功成的却非常少。我从1990年开始习练气功,几年下来,对此深有感触,为什么得道就这么难?当我读了台湾著名学者南怀瑾先生著的《如何修证佛法》一书,才恍然有所悟。虽然练功修道需要付出艰苦的努力,但方法不对路,往往事倍而功半。南怀瑾先生在《如何修证佛法》中所提的修证三部曲:见地、修证、行愿,对我们颇有指导意义。他认为见地、修证、行愿是三位一体,缺一不可的,见地指的是理,行愿同修证指的是事,其中行愿就是修证自己的心理行为。南怀瑾先生何以提这三部曲呢?因为他的一位研究佛学多年的朋友萧先生提了一个看似简单实际上很有深度的问题:“释迦牟尼佛廿九岁出家,最后睹明星而悟道,他悟的是什么?”释迦牟尼在出家求道12年里,诚诚恳恳学了各种苦
There is a saying in Qigong: a monk is like a coward, and those who are enamored are rare. Meaning refers to a lot of practicing Buddhism, but the attainment of success is very small. Since I started practicing Qigong in 1990, I feel deeply touched by this for a few years. Why was it so hard to get it? When I read the book entitled How to Cultivate Buddhism in Taiwan, read by Mr. Nan Huaijin, a famous Taiwanese scholar, Wu. Although practicing martial arts requires hard work, it does not work the same way. He believes that seeing, attestation, and vow is a trinity, indispensable, see refers to the truth, vow fellow initiates refer to things, of which the vow is to repair their psychological behavior. Why did Mr. Nan Huaijin mention this trilogy?
