一、引言 Hi—B钢是目前生产的高磁感取向硅钢,文献介绍了合金元素的作用,加工工艺及组织性能等。由于含硅量高达3.25%,成品薄至0.25~0.30mm,冷轧很困难。为此,人们探索了温轧工艺,它不仅有利于提高取向钢的成材率,同时获得了更高的磁性能。本文在对温轧Q_(11)取向硅钢研究的基础上,对温轧Hi—B钢的组织及性能进行了探索。
I. INTRODUCTION Hi-B steel is currently produced by high magnetic induction oriented silicon steel, the literature describes the role of alloying elements, processing technology and organizational performance. As the silicon content as high as 3.25%, finished thin to 0.25 ~ 0.30mm, cold-rolled is very difficult. To this end, people have explored the warm rolling process, which not only helps to improve the yield of oriented steel, while achieving higher magnetic properties. Based on the research of warm-rolled Q 11 steel, the microstructure and properties of warm-rolled Hi-B steel were explored.
