In the learning and teaching process of distance education, the amount of stimulation and encouragement in the teaching materials determinesthe amount of interaction between tutors and students. The key issues in designing materials for distance learning are what kinds of materials should beput in the package and how to organize them. Thisis also the main task for course designers.
