本文报告用免疫组化(ABC)方法检测28例前列腺癌和26例前列腺增生组织中免疫反应性转化性生长因子β2(TGF-β2)表达情况。结果表明:TGF-β2在前列腺癌和前列腺增生的基质均有表达,染色强度和染色范围相似。而在上皮部分,癌性上皮的染色强度和染色范围明显高于或大于前列腺增生的膝上皮的染色强度和染色范围,差异具有高度显著性意义(P<0.01)。4例正常前列腺未见上皮染色,而基质均有染色,但其染色强度和范围远小于腺癌组和增生组。上述发现提示TGF-β2对前列腺癌和前列腺增生的发生和发展具有重要的生物学作用。
This article reports the immunohistochemical (ABC) method to detect the expression of immunoreactive transforming growth factor-β2 (TGF-β2) in 28 cases of prostate cancer and 26 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia. The results showed that: TGF-β2 in prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia are expressed in the matrix, staining intensity and staining range similar. In the epithelium, the staining intensity and staining range of cancerous epithelium were significantly higher than or greater than the staining intensity and staining range of benign prostatic hyperplasia, the difference was highly significant (P <0.01). No epithelial staining was observed in 4 cases of normal prostate, while the stroma was stained, but the staining intensity and range were much smaller than those in adenocarcinoma and hyperplasia. The above findings suggest that TGF-β2 has an important biological role in the development and progression of prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia.
