本文报道２６例确诊为传染性单核细胞增多症（ｉｎｆｅｃｔｉｏｕｓｍｏｎｏｎｕｃｌｅｏｓｉｓ，简称传单）。通过对其临床资料分析，结合有关文献讨论了影响本病确诊的若干因素，并指出目前聚合酶链式反应（ｐｏｌｙ－ｍｅｒａｓｅｃｈａｉｎｒｅａｃｔｉｏｎ，ＰＣＲ）技术对本病诊断有很大价值。
This article reports 26 cases of infectious mononucleosis (infectious mononucleosis, referred to as leaflets). By analyzing its clinical data and combining with relevant literatures, several factors influencing the diagnosis of this disease are discussed, and the current poly-merasechain reaction (PCR) technique is of great value in the diagnosis of this disease.
