非公企业党员员工具有优质人力资本属性,对企业发展起着至关重要的作用。然而,目前非公企业党员员工的人力资本作用与人数的蓬勃发展很不协调。为此,立足党员员工作用发挥的制约因素,运用现代激励理论,探寻激励技巧,通过身份、活动、环境、薪酬等激励途径,实现对非公企业党员员工管理效益的最大值。
Non-public enterprise employees have high-quality human capital properties, plays an important role in business development. However, at present, the role of human capital in non-public enterprise party members is not coordinated with the vigorous growth of the number of party members.
