工业锅炉的出炉渣机械化,已经日益受到人们重视。为改善工作环境,减轻劳动强度,是高排渣能力,可以选用链式刮板出渣机。其工作原理是:炉渣掉入有水封的沟槽内,由链条带动刮板,将炉渣刮出。这种装置由于运行可靠,卫生条件好,制造简便,广泛用于单层锅炉房,现在为节约底层空间,也开始推广到二层炉房。但在使用中,也暴露出一些可靠性和使用受局限的问题。为此,借鉴国内外的刮板排渣机的成功经验,对研制经济、安全、耐用及维修方便的锅炉出渣装置会是有益的。
