一、重点设备管理的意义 随着当前企业生产的迅速发展,经营管理水平的不断提高,传统的设备管理分类法,诸如按精、大、稀或部管、厅管来划分设备类别,已不能完全适应企业生产的需要。为了用更有效的手段,取得最好的经济效果,很有必要在主要生产设备中划出一部分对生产品种、质量起决定作用的关键设备列为重点,并在管理、使用、维修、更新、改造等方面都优先于一般设备,使它们经常处于良好的技术状态,充分发挥其应有的作用,确保企业生产能按计划节奏有条不紊地进行。也就是说,划分重点设备是为了对生产中的关键设备采取一些更完善的技术、经济、组织措施来达到降低设备寿命周期费用和不断提高设备综合效能的目标。
