采用巢式聚合酶链反应(nested PCR)技术和流式细胞术分别对 37例、34例孕妇外周血检测胎儿特异Y-染色体序列(SRY)和GlycophrinA(GPA)阳性细胞百分率,较系统地分析了母体外周血中胎儿细胞出现的频率及其有核红细胞(NRBCs)在不同孕期的变化。结果表明,胎儿LNRBCs在妊娠早期就可出现于母血且随孕期进展有逐渐增多的趋势,到中晚期趋于平稳。
The percentage of fetal specific Y-chromosome sequence (SRY) and GlycophrinA (GPA) -positive cells in peripheral blood from 37 cases and 34 pregnant women was detected by nested PCR and flow cytometry, respectively. The frequency of fetal cells in maternal peripheral blood and the changes of NRBCs during different gestation periods were analyzed. The results showed that fetus LNRBCs may appear in maternal blood during early pregnancy and gradually increase with the progress of pregnancy tends to be stable in the late.
