在地下水位较高的含水土层中建造热力管网时,若管道埋地敷设,一般采用沟内敷设的方法,这时还需要排除地下水。为此,管沟在构造上要作处理,需要在管沟沿线上用钻孔陶土管或钻孔石棉水泥管制作渗水管线用来排水。此外,在混凝土沟槽上必须做一层防水层,并在外面用砖墙压住,而在盖板上要加一层水泥砂浆。 这种传统上采用的防水管沟的构造形式,因为在施工时要消耗较多的手工劳动量,因此难以实现工业化生产,施工麻烦。同时,作为独立构件使用的渗水管线,在制作和敷设上也很复杂。
