数学教师在新课程适应中存在着一些不可忽视的矛盾和问题,这些问题与教师对新课程目标的深入理解、课程实施取向之间的关系、教师本身的专业素质及教师培训形式有关.为了适应新课程,数学教师的专业知识需进一步强化;课程实施要淡化形式,注重实质;教师继续教育应更多关注以专业发展为取向的实践培训;要给教师提供充足的课程资源以确保教师能够规划和实施课程改革方案.
Mathematics teachers have some contradictions and problems that can not be ignored in the new curriculum adaptation, which are related to teachers’ in-depth understanding of the goals of the new curriculum, the relationship between the orientation of the curriculum, the professional qualities of the teachers themselves and the forms of teacher training.In order to adapt New curriculum, mathematics teacher’s professional knowledge needs to be further strengthened; the implementation of the curriculum should dilute the form, focus on substance; teacher continuing education should pay more attention to professional development-oriented practice training; to provide teachers with sufficient curriculum resources to ensure that teachers can plan And implement the curriculum reform program.
