分析了火炮CAD发展现状,探讨了在火炮设计过程中,通过在I-DEAS软件上进行二次开发,建立零部件的三维参数化模型,根据设计计算程序的输出自动实现零部件不同结构类型三维实体图的输出的问题,提出了火炮零部件设计、计算、绘图一体化方案。详细介绍了方案中各组成部分的功能及实现方法,结合身管设计实例介绍了整个方案的设计思想。该方案的提出将进一步提高火炮设计的效率和质量,为实现火炮总体结构的参数化、系列化和优化设计打下基础。
The status quo of artillery CAD was analyzed. In the course of artillery design, three-dimensional parametric model of parts and components was established through secondary development on I-DEAS software. According to the output of design and calculation program, The output of the entity map, put forward the artillery component design, calculation, drawing integration program. The functions and methods of each component of the scheme are introduced in detail, and the design concept of the scheme is introduced with the example of the tube design. The proposal of this program will further improve the efficiency and quality of artillery design and lay the foundation for the parameterization, serialization and optimization of artillery overall structure.
